Center Dancer will create a Parent Account for you and email you the account login information.
Log in to your Parent Account, go to Dashboard, and click the REGISTER ANOTHER DANCER button to register each additional child.

Please read the complete Participation Agreement before signing. The Agreement contains important participation requirements, payment terms, assumption-of-risk provisions, and a waiver and release of certain legal rights.

NOTICE TO THE MINOR CHILD’S
NATURAL GUARDIAN

READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF CENTER DANCER LLC, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS USES REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED.

BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD’S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM CENTER DANCER LLC, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND CENTER DANCER LLC, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM.

Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for your interest in the ballet production of Nutcracker. For your convenience we assembled a collection of the most frequently asked questions.

If you have an emergency or running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

DO YOU OFFER A SIBLING DISCOUNT

Yes, we do offer a one time sibling discount of $50.00. This discount is only applicable to the last payment. You can read more about “Sibling Tuition Discount” in our agreement in the section named “SIBLING DISCOUNT”

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FEES TO BE A PART OF NUTCRACKER?

The goal of Center Dancer LLC is to provide training and performing opportunities to the children throughout the community in a full-length ballet production. Center Dancer LLC does not have any affiliation with any other Dance/Ballet School. It means that any fees or tuition that you paid are not going to finance Center Dancer.

Below are just some of the expenses that has been covered by the fees:

Costume rentals
Studio rentals
Theater rentals
Rentals of set and decorations
Teacher’s salaries
Choreographer’s salaries
Marketing expenses

IF THERE ARE REHEARSALS AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, DO I HAVE TO ATTEND BOTH REHEARSALS?

Usually no, except when we will be calling a full cast run through.
We will be providing a detailed schedule for each day of rehearsals

CAN I MISS SOME OF THE REHEARSALS?

You can miss no more than three regular rehearsals. If you will miss more than three rehearsals, you will be moved to the “UNDERSTUDY” position and your role will be assigned to another person.
Please try not to miss any run through rehearsals when a full cast has been called. These are very important events that WILL WORK only if all the members of the cast are present.

DO I HAVE TO AUDITION MORE THAN ONCE?

No, you do not have to come to more than one audition.

CAN I MISS PERFORMANCE DATES?

Please make sure not to schedule any other activities during performance dates.
You will have to be at the theater during scheduled hours.

CAN WE GET A REFUND OF PAID FEES?

We will refund fees if you didn’t attend any classes, rehearsals or performances, in other words that you didn’t use any of Center Dancer services. If you attended any classes, rehearsals or performances, then we will consider that services have been provided and we will not refund fees.
